Welcome to M8. These terms describe the rules for using me8.io in its current state (waitlist). When M8 opens access to the product they'll expand and we'll notify you before the change.

Who's behind this

M8 is operated by Beeping LLC (alfred@beeping.io). For any legal or usage matter, write to hello@me8.io.

What M8 is (and what it isn't)

M8 is a conversational companion in development · designed for emotional conversation. Right now only the waitlist form is available · the product itself is not yet public.

M8 is NOT:

• A medical or therapeutic service · if you need professional care, contact a specialist or emergency services
• A replacement for real human relationships
• A diagnostic tool

This is important · M8 is designed as a wellness companion · not to replace healthcare.

What you can do here

• Fill out the waitlist form (you must provide truthful information)
• Receive the confirmation email
• Wait for us to open access

That's all this landing offers today.

What you can't do

• Use fake data (it hurts the quality of the waitlist · and wastes our time)
• Spam (mass signups from bots · etc.)
• Try to access non-public parts of the system (admin, API, etc.)

If we detect abuse we may remove the signup without notice.

Intellectual property

All content visible on me8.io (text, images, landing code, brand) is owned by Beeping LLC unless otherwise indicated. You can share the link to the landing freely · you cannot copy the content as if it were yours.

Limitation of liability

The landing is offered "as is". We do our best to keep it operational but we don't guarantee 100% uptime (there may be maintenance or occasional technical issues).

Beeping LLC is not responsible for:

• Damages from being unable to access the landing
• Decisions made based on the content (the landing is informational · not advice)
• Data lost due to technical incidents whose responsibility lies with providers (Firestore · Resend · Google · etc.)

Changes

These terms may change as M8 evolves · we'll notify you by email before they take effect. The latest version always lives here.

Jurisdiction

Any dispute related to these terms is governed by the laws of the State of Florida (United States) and resolved in the courts of Miami, Florida, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
